2.2 Account Registration Process

You agree to provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with oke63. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or fake accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and potential legal action. oke63 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify and prevent multiple account registrations.

2.3 Identity Verification and KYC Requirements

oke63 is required by law and licensing regulations to verify the identity of all Users. 5. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the oke63 platform or games.
6. Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code through the Services.
7. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other players or oke63 staff.
8. Using VPNs, proxies, or similar services to disguise your location or circumvent geographical restrictions.
9. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or oke63's systems.
10. Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

Violation of any prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

oke63 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods displayed on our platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly stated on the deposit page. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. oke63 reserves the right to reverse any deposits made from payment methods not belonging to you and return funds to the original payment source.

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. While most electronic wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are instant, bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 24 hours. oke63 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified with all required KYC documentation approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 (or equivalent in other currencies).
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where feasible.

4.3 Fees and Charges

oke63 does not charge fees for deposits over PHP 100. For withdrawals, standard processing is free for amounts over PHP 500. Withdrawals below PHP 500 may be subject to a PHP 20 processing fee. Currency conversion fees may apply if funds are converted from PHP to other currencies. Third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond oke63's control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

oke63 offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. 5.2 Promotional Terms

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Services;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services;

10. Account Suspension and Termination

oke63 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other policy referenced herein;
• Fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, or money laundering concerns;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Underage gambling or failure to meet eligibility requirements;
• Abusive behavior toward other players or oke63 staff;
• Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 3.2;
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Extended period of account inactivity (no login or activity for 12+ months).

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. oke63 will endeavor to return any remaining verified account balance to you, minus any amounts owed to oke63, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraud, or Terms violations will be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you within 7-14 business days, subject to verification and wagering requirement completion. Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oke63 holds its primary gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, private attorney-general actions, and any other proceeding where someone acts in a representative capacity are not permitted under these Terms, nor is combining individual proceedings without the consent of all parties.

Your privacy is important to oke63. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
